Request account deletion
To request deletion of your CogLog account and associated app data, send an email to contact@coglog.app with the subject line "CogLog account deletion request."
What to Include
Please include the email address or login method associated with your CogLog account so we can identify the correct account. We may ask for additional confirmation before deleting data to help protect your account.
What Will Be Deleted
After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize account information and check-in data associated with your CogLog account, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.
Timing
We will process deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. If we need more information to complete the request, we will reply to the email address used to contact us.
